Using Cmd+V to »Paste and Match Style« on OS X

Depending on your workflow you too may find it annoying that pasting from the OS X clipboard takes the format of a copied text string into account by default.

To change this go to the System Preferences pane, select the Keyboard Shortcuts tab in the Keyboard section and add an entry in the Application Shortcuts ...

It happens quite often to me that shortly after I copied something to the clipboard I realize that I want to paste the previous entry that by this time already is overwritten.

Of course there are a lot of clipboard managers out there solving exactly this problem but perhaps some will find a function provided ...
